We accept Paypal only on our website

  • Our price list on the website is in US DOLLAR

  • Once your order and payment are complete, we cannot cancel your order in any case

Customers may return their items that are bought full price for full refund of the items (minus shipping fee) you have paid for. 

Customers MUST notify the store right away after they receive the package and find defected or unfitting items and wish to return them.

Customers MUST ship the items back with tracking numbers. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS BOUGHT WITH DISCOUNT CODES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THESE ITEMS.

Shipping expense back to our shop is the customers' own responsibility. Full refund (minus shipping fee) will be transferred back to your Paypal account once the package is received and checked that they are in 100% condition.

We reserve the rights NOT to refund when..

1. Items are not received back
2. Items are damaged or not in 100% condition
3. Items have been washed/worn
4. Items were bought with promo/discount codes
5. Items were bought more than 2 months ago (or more than 10 days after they were successfully delivered)

Please note that we are not responsible for lost items so it is strongly recommended that you ship your return items back to us with tracking numbers and insurance. 

Returned/Unclaimed/Packages refused

If your package is returned to us by your post office, that means that you haven't provided us with the correct address or have not picked up the package at the post office if the note is left for you when you are not home. The package will be returned to us as "unclaimed" or "returned".

Please kindly note that custom taxes depend on your country's customs and that you are responsible to pay for them. If you do not want to pay for custom taxes and refuse the package, the package will be returned to us as "refused" package.

In both cases, it is your responsibility to contact us to get the package sent back to you ($15 USD shipping fee will have to be sent to our paypal: flexilexi.fitness@gmail.com).

If you do not want your order anymore, please let us know and we will refund full amount of your order (minus shipping fee and minus another $10 for restocking fee)

We reserve 2-5 business days (after we receive the package back) of any shipping back and refund for unclaimed/returned/refused packages.

How to track your items (Please read carefully)

  • Once you receive our tracking number, go to http://track.thailandpost.com to track for your package delivered from our local post office to Bangkok International Airport.

  • About 5-10 days later, go to your country's post website (only some countries available), such as USPS, https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action and use the same tracking number to track for your package again. (Please check FAQ part for more details about USPS system).

  • If your tracking number does not work on your country's website, that means your local post has changed our tracking number. In most cases, the packages will arrive at your destination within the timeframe given.


IMPORTANT

- PLEASE READ!!!: 

  • We ship packages out on Monday to Friday. Packages will be shipped out within 2-4 business days (not including weekends - Thai time) after your order has been placed. After it is shipped out, the package will arrive at your destination within 7-18 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). NOTE: It may take up to 1-2 months if you are from Canada and Mexico and South Africa and South America and other remote areas. Packages shipped to these destinations are usually delayed due to customs and local postal services. We strongly recommend DHL EXPRESS for these destinationsl â€‹.

  • The customers are responsible for customs taxesshould there be any once the package is received at your destination.

FAQ

Q: How long does it take for Drakarn to ship my order?
A: 2-4 business days after your order is complete.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Sorry but once the order is complete (that means when you receive Order Confirmation Email from us), we cannotcancel your order.

Q: Why is shipping fee $15 USD?
A: We ship flat rate international shipping with tracking numbers from Thailand. The shipping fee includes handling, packaging and shipping. It's a fixed rate so whether you order one bralette or 10 pairs of pants, it is $15 USD for shipping.

Q: How long does it take for packages to get to me after they are shipped out?
A: Flat rate international shipping takes 7-18 business days worldwide (1-2 months to Canada and Mexico and South Africa and South America) from our Bangkok Airport. Please check Shipping section on the right hand side for more information.

Q: DHL EXPRESS is $55 USD. Is it worth it?
A: Definitely. You will get your order within 4 business days. It could be 5-8 business days to Canada and Mexico and South Africa and South America but no longer than that (except for during the holidays).

Q: Your Thai Post website is in Thai. I cannot read Thai. What do I do?
A: You can easily change the language to English. You can also track it on your country's local post website. Please see a list of tracking websites on your right hand side under Shipping section. For US customers, we strongly recommend you to check USPS website for more details about your packages. When it takes longer than expected, USPS usually leave a notice for you to go pick up the packages yourself at their facility.

Q: OK, so I tracked my package on USPS and the result says "the original post is preparing shipment". Has my package not been shipped out yet when I received Shipped Email with tracking number?
A: Yes your package was shipped on the very day or a day before the Shipped Email was sent out to you. We always ask customers to track the package on our Thai Post website first to see when exactly the package was shipped out. Then 7-18 business days after that, the package should safely get to you. USPS result will show more updates when the package comes out of your country's customs into USPS system, which could take around 7-12 business days after the day it was shipped out. If there is no update on USPS, that means your package is still in the customs and not yet in USPS system.

Q: The update on Thai Post website does not move at all since the day my package was shipped out, what's going on here?
A: The update will show more details when the package leaves your country's customs and into your local post. Sometimes, it does not show the updates at all depending on each country's postal system but please be assured that the packages usually get to anywhere in the world within 7-18 business days.

Q: I still don't have my package. Can you refund my money?
A: Yes, we can send you full refund if the package does not get to you within 30 business days. Either that or we can send you a new package. Please make sure you let us know if you don't have the package with you within 30 business days. Please rest assured that we will always find a solution for packages that do not reach their destinaitons within 30 business days. 

Q: What does "business days" mean?
A: It means Monday to Friday. You do not count Saturday and Sunday.
